S/Y “CoCo” is primarily a cruiser, but performance capabilities were not left at the door. Baltic Yachts have a reputation for building sailing yachts that inhabit an elegant balance between performance and comfort. The Yacht was finished at Baltic’s yard in Ostrobothnia on Finland’s west coast in 1990. Since then the yacht has been utilised considerably, yet diligently. In 2012 the Yacht was sailed home to its birthing place in Finland to undergo a complete overhaul including new hull coating; new composite rudder shaft, bearing and rudder; fresh teak deck; engine replacement; instalment of bow thrusters; rig refurbishment; modernisation of plumbing; reconditioning of electrical and navigational systems; and the installation of a flat screen TV, surround system and Playstation.
